Bagels and Whipped Liliko’i Cream Cheese

Ingredients:
Plain Bagels
½ Container of Whipped Cream Cheese (Philadelphia)
*Easier to spread
Sweetheart Farm Liliko’i Butter
Instructions:
1. In a small bowl, scoop out half a container of whipped cream cheese
2. Add 2-3 tbsp of liliko’i butter to cream cheese. (or however much you’d like)
3. Stir together and make sure it’s all incorporated.
4. Toast bagel to your liking and spread.
5. Enjoy <3

Cheese Danish with Liliko’i Butter

Ingredients:
8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
¼ C granulated sugar
1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
1 egg
1 Bottle of Sweetheart Farm Liliko’i Butter
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 425 Degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a small bowl, beath together cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
3. Unroll puff pastry and cut in to 6 pieces.
4. Transfer the rectangles to prepared baking sheet.
5. Use a paring to score a smaller rectangle inside each piece of dough (leaving about ½ in border
all around) Be careful to not cut all the way through the dough.
6. Put cream cheese in a Ziploc and cut the tip. Pipe cream cheese onto smaller rectangle.
7. Beat egg together and brush on uncovered pastry edges.
8. Bake for 12-15 minutes, until puffed and golden brown
9. Let cool. Fill another Ziploc bag with Lilikoi Butter and drizzle over Danish
